VerifiedHi my name is***** will try to help. Check the drop rate valve to see if it is not adjusted properly or malfunctioning causing the hitch to stay up. Inspect the valve for debris. If okay check for a seized cylinder or other damage that would cause the hitch to bind. Let me know.
