I need to replace the tire valve on a loaded tire. I have done this before but can't remember how! I know its simple. From what I remember it is in two parts and all I have to replace is the outer stem? Can't put air in due to stuck needle.

Take weight off the tire, by using a farm jack to raise the wheel. and get the valve stem up . Release the air/water pressure from the tire, by removing the valve stem or the outer part of the assembly. With pressure released, then you can replace everything but the part going through the rim . Here is a utube video.
