Did the old oil have water that was visible when you removed the drain plug on the transmission? Only way to actually flush system is to operate the unit long enough to warm the oil, and then drain it when hot, replacing with new oil and filter. In severe cases, you have to do it two or even three times. But you do not want to have any water in the oil. But some oils show to be milky, and can also be caused by the pump sucking air into the system. Are the hydraulics jerky? Do you see air in the oil? oil and air coming out the vent ?
