I have a 4200 deere compact when running the loader lifts

I have a 4200 john deere compact when running the loader lifts and lowers just fine but it wont hold the loader in one spot , it slowly seeps down to the ground even when running ,what do you think my problem is ? please advise !!! thank's

one of 2 things are happening. either your cylinder packings have failed or you have a bad control valve

i would test the cylinders first. this is a complex process and way to much to type. no charge.... call me and i can explain it to you
