Have you ran a temperature test on the chipper to see if there is a restriction, which shows up as a hot spot? If chipper is overheating the oil, and quits, a motor or hose may be causing the excessive heat. Or the hosing from the tractor is too small and not supplying enough flow for the chipper motors. Get a laser heat thermometer to instantly check the different points in the system. Harbor Freight, has them for about $30. With it you can see if the whole system is same temperature, or if there is a hot spot!
