Customer Question

i have a john deere 3155 that cant get its fuel. it will start okay if the lift pump is excercised but then quits after running for 10 seconds. i have replaced the fuel filter and the hand pump. I also took the input hose into the hand (lift) pump off and attached 8 inches of hose and stuck it into a can of diesel fuel and now it runs fine. Okay so now i know the input side is the problem and that path takes me under the cab grrrr is there another tank there? Please help
