L45 Kubota 2009 started having dash lights flickering now nothing no power to lights or any thing

All fuses good? Power for the keyswitch come directly off the positive post of the starter solenoid, same terminal as the battery cable attaches to, The small wire goes through the fuse panel to the keyswitch.

before the power went off to the key and every thing else it was making a clicking nose like a relay coming on and off now no power to dash

There is no relay between the positive wire on the solenoid, and the fuse and keyswitch. Relay is in the start circuit, not the power circuit. Do you have a voltmeter or a test light to follow the voltage from the starter wire to the fuse box, to the keyswitch?
