Is this a manual kill injection pump with kill cable or kills when you turn off the key?

I was going to put it on TDC then pull the injector to see if is even spinning

The kill lever is in the run position? If so, the internal linkage is still in the off position. Yo can remove the upper cover, and free up the linkage. It is spring loaded, and should follow the kill lever when moved, If not, it keeps fuel from the injector nozzles. If may never stick again, or it may stick again tomorrow! If i sticks and will not move, the injection pump will have to be repaired.

Okay . Ill try that . To shut engine down you lift the throttle handle back to bypass a stop .

Can I still contact you after I try that ?

Sure , the injection pump is the obvious problem.
