New Holland 6635 w cab. Differential lock indicator light

Customer Question

New Holland 6635 w cab. Differential lock indicator light stays on. Diff lock switch has no effect on indicator. Switch is on automatic. Tractor seem to work and steer ok. It is a recent purchase and is new to me. Have driven it on pavement and soft ground and applied brakes per manual.

Try putting the Switch in the "Off" position, in the AUTO is is ready to engage so light is on.

It also may be the Switch/sender that says it is in diff lock is shorted.

I have attached pictures of 2 different diff lock switches and instructions on using the switch.
