We are going to need a little more information to be able to diagnose correctly Please.

1. Is this operated by a gas or electric motor?

2. Is the motor running?

3. Is this hydraulically operated?

4. Is there hydraulic oil in the reservoir?

5. When motor is running is there fluid movement in the reservoir tank?

6. Does the handle that controls the ram movement moving the spool in and out of the valve?

7. Is the hydraulic oil filter tight?

8. How did the unit stop working?

If you will please respond to these questions I will have a better idea of how to help you.
