Hello,

I would start by checking the circuit relief for the boom and the main relief for the whole valve.

Depending on the work you are doing, one or both could be worn out. If the boom is the only weak circuit, focus on the boom relief.

If other circuits seem weak too, focus on the main relief.

You can try turning the adjustment in a turn to see if it help but, often the relief will need replacing.

For testing purposes only, you can swap the boom relief for one in the stick circuit to see if it helps the boom power.

If it does, return the relief to its original location and order a replacement part. Do not leave it in the wrong location, this can cause problems later on.

I will be glad to help. Can you tell me if we will be continuing on the 325L repair?

If so, can we start a new question for the D6R and keep these separate?

What is the serial number of the D6R?

030 Monitor components
0096.03 Fuel level sender
177.04 Transmission temperature sensor
248.02 Data link

113 Transmission components
168.03 Electrical voltage
168.04 Electrical voltage
190.02 Engine speed sensor
269.04 Sensor power supply
299.13 Transmission lever position
621.02 Downshift switch
681.03 Parking brake solenoid
691.03 Transmission solenoid #1
691.07 Transmission solenoid #1
692.05 Transmission solenoid #2

Failure Mode Identifiers (FMI, these are the last two numbers after the fault code)¹
FMI No. Failure Description
0 Data valid but above normal operational range.
1 Data valid but below normal operational range.
2 Data erratic, intermittent, or incorrect.
3 Voltage above normal or shorted high.
4 Voltage below normal or shorted low.
5 Current below normal or open circuit.
6 Current above normal or grounded circuit.
7 Mechanical system not responding properly.
8 Abnormal frequency, pulse width, or period.
9 Abnormal update.
10 Abnormal rate of change.
11 Failure mode not identifiable.
12 Bad device or component.
13 Out of calibration.
14 Parameter failures.
15 Parameter failures.
16 Parameter not available.
17 Module not responding.
18 Sensor supply fault.
19 Condition not met.
20 Parameter failures.
¹The FMI is a diagnostic code that indicates what type of failure has occurred

When I have this many codes, I look for the active codes first. They have the words "SERV CODE" displayed when the code is scrolling past.
