# ***** is the switch that has t close the solenoid, it has to have full 48 volts, and has to send it to the solenoids small post, to close the solenoid.

Yes, the link is above it. This switch has to have full voltage and it has to send it to the solenoid. Is that happening?

Is it getting voltage?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes sir
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 2 years ago.
Does the solenoid close?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes it closes
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 2 years ago.
When did it last run? And did it quit under use? Or? Do you have full battery voltage (48) at controller and the drive motor? Most problems with electrics are bad connections or cables, or a single bad battery. What does each battery read? Any much higher or lower than the others?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yellow wire from solenoid goes to controller. J13 pin in controller will not switch to ground.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Apparently, the mechanic got it working again after a year of no activity. He changed out controller and it ran really slow. Then he changed out the solenoid and now it won't turn on at all. 2 batteries are weak but don't seem to have anything to do with it not working at all now.
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 2 years ago.
You didn't answer my questions! The ground should just come from the battery negative. You have already changed the controller.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
ok. asking the mechanic now
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 2 years ago.
I think you have battery problem!
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I will call customer service to see what the delay is . Thanks
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 2 years ago.
I work from home as a contractor and don't stay in front of computer all day long! I want to know what the battery voltage reads on each battery. An electric cart or Gator will not run with one bad battery or cable. I can opt out if you like, and we will see if anyone else will give you a better response. Let me know if that is what you want.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Thanks for response. I will get the mechanic to give me voltage on all 8 batteries.
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 2 years ago.
A fully charged 6 volt battery will be around 6.4 volts and all batteries need to be close to the others!
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
They are.
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 2 years ago.
I don't think I can help. I am going to opt out. Sorry.

can i ask for someone else. and who do i contact? thanks
