Have you removed the hose from the tank and checked for full flow of fuel from the tank outlet? You can bet that when it starts missing, it is starving for fuel. Either a restricted line or fitting and usually it is the line or fitting coming from the tank to the first filter / fitting.

No I have not tried that there is also an inline filter before the primary or small filter should it be there or should it be removed
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 2 years ago.
I would remove it!

You think fuel lines must have some type of obstruction
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Should I try to put electric fuel pump
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 2 years ago.
I'm thinking restriction. I don't think electric pump is needed!
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Anything else I need to look into

That is all I can think of now. You can make a test line and bypass the tank and the outline line for a test. Check back when you have had a chance to check it out. Thanks
