Kubota L4400D #51409. Engine stopped suddenly, no stumble

Customer Question

Kubota L4400D #51409. Engine stopped suddenly, no stumble at all, just instant stop.
Engine cranks well only. I now suspect the fuel cut-off solenoid. I can't get the wires loose to test power to the solenoid.

Just remove the two screws holding the solenoid and slip it back. If engine runs, you know it is solenoid related. Then get voltmeter and probe the leads to the solenoid. If it has power with the key on, and does not retract, replace the solenoid.
