JD 3320 compact utility tractor***** 1400 hours Problem;; Past 200 hrs or so the tractor movement has a one second or so delay after the shuttle is placed in the forward or reverse position. The front end loader has also been slow to respond. Both problems are present even when the machine is warmed up. This past week end the tractor sudden stopped moving. power steering dead front end loader dead also. Hyd fluid level ok. The hyd fluid was changed a while back and the large filter screen was cleaned. the drained fluid was clean as well. I mistakenly but Tractor Supply 303 oil in the machine Currently I have drained all of the 303 out. It didn't look that dirty. it almost looked like fresh oil. the screen filter was clean. The rubber manifold on top of the power steering and front end loader hyd pumps had a crack in it were the the suction tube from the trans case connects to the manifold. I have ordered a new rubber manifold. I will be putting JD Hyd fluid back in it when I get the new manifold in the next few days. So I have two questions: Could the crack in the rubber manifold cause the machine to not move and the loader and steering to not function? Does the transmission have an internal pump that is not working properly. is there anything else I need to look at before a put fresh Deere fluid back in the machine MARK Email:***@******.*** … read more
