Customer: My BX tractor won;t start. It cranks - enging turns over, but won;t catch. No white smoke, new fuel filters, fuel come out of filer closest to engine, stop solenoid is moving when you turn the key so I thik it is working. Any suggestions?

Injection pump should have bleed screw at the hose coming into it. Do you have fuel flowing there? This tractor has an electric fuel pump, if you loosen the bleed screw at the injection pump and turn on the key, is the fuel pumping out at the bleed screw

If it ran out of fuel, the three injector lines need to be loosened at the injector nozzles and engine cranked until fuel is squirting out, Then tighten the lines and start the engine.
