VerifiedGood Afternoon, my name is ***** ***** ill be helping you, so sorry to hear about the issues here on the Integra, im sure its been difficult to deal with especially after we have already spent quite a bit of time and money on replacing other components. further than that theres a few things i suspect that we have not already addressed, your model Acura uses an idle air control valve to allow air to come in and have a steady idle, so id recommend we inspect this valve and get it cleaned if possible since i suspect it, and its very common to fail, something else i suspect with your symptoms is that your intake manifold gaskets are not leaking, which is common as the mileage goes up and would cause the rough idle and the rough startup especially after everything weve already ruled out, attached it shows the location of that valve and a PDF that shows how it works, keep me posted if you have any further questions, im here to help!
