Why does my mdx 07 say check emissions and engine lite stays

Customer Question

why does my mdx 07 say check emissions and engine idiot lite stays on
JA: Does the light stay on, or does it blink?
Customer: stays on constantly. I put injector cleaner in on a full tank and put RPX in it. Dam thing has California low emmisions sticker
JA: Are you fixing your California yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Its an Acura. Trying anything I know. Is there a water condensing purge valve in the undercarriage that may send false signal.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not really. this piece of shit navigation is screwd and the disk does not work, found no PC card in the box below the drivers seat. what does it do?
