If you havent yet check and see if there are any blown or shorted fuses needing replaced.I have seen blown/shorted fuses cause this issue here before needing replaced for this issue.If this is or was checked and found o.k. this can be due to an internal electrical fault in the radio/nav system itself.I have seen these fail internally needing replaced.The nav unit would have to be removed and tested electronically checking the power and grounds to it to see if this is the cause here.
