No spark & fuel. no power to edu motor cranks grounds seem

Customer Question

No spark & fuel. no power to edu motor cranks grounds seem to be fine same with fuses, and fuseable links.
JA: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?
Customer: constant hence no spark or fuel but the car cranks.
JA: What is the model/year of your Acura?
Customer: its a 91 da
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: lol no I've tried same with four other ase cert mechanics and dizzy, re-wiring the grounds, swapped ecu's three times(all three are good and that is verified) and all the fuses are intact
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: yeah, its now boosted and the grounds were originally cut past the cooling fan on the drivers side radiator support bracket(power connected) had to cut the bracket to run intercooler piping

what model is your 91 Acura? I might be able to help

Expert:  GDibs replied 10 months ago.

I'm guessing probably an Integra. And you indicated you have no power to the ECU? is that correct. Have you done any testing at the PGM-FI main relay?

Expert:  GDibs replied 10 months ago.

here is a schematic of the main relay

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
main is fine, and yes its an integra, still no ecu power, spark or fuel.

could you also post pages 11-14 so i can look at the fuze box diagram?

Let me make sure I understand what you are saying. Are you indicating that you have battery voltage from the main relay to the ECM? I thought you did not have power to the ECM. If you have power to the ECM from the main relay then that changes what I would give you to test. Please clarify so I can try ad give you correct testing. If you do have power to the ECM then my net question would be does you check engine light come on and stay on or does it come on for a few seconds after you turn the key on and then shut off. If it never comes on and you have power to the ECM then I would advise to check the ECM grounds and if they are good then check for a shorted 5 v reference circuit.
