Err E, 2004 TSX, Disconnected the batteries while I had the

Customer Question

Err E
JA: What is the model/year of your Acura?
Customer: 2004 TSX
JA: Are you fixing your TSX yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Disconnected the batteries while I had the tools. And reconnected them. Before I couldn't use them.
JA: Have you tested the battery with a voltmeter? And can you see if it's leaking or not?
Customer: Didn't want to keep the car on for an hour and struggle to jump it. Due to positioning.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Don't have any of these tools. I'm trying to get someone to get me some tools. Nothing else.

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

I'm assuming you're seeing 'Err E' on the radio. This will display when the incorrect radio code has been entered too many times and the radio locks. Was this displayed immediately when the battery was reconnected or after trying to enter the code?
