Customer Question

JA: The Acura Mechanic's require payment for their services. It's way less expensive on JustAnswer than face-to-face would cost. Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes - just tried connecting - no beep or recognition
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: no just bought used vehicle trying to connect phone

Hi, this is a common fault with these modules, along with battery drain.

They are fairly easy to replace and is located in the rear of the centre console, I can find a video on youtube should you wish.

Here is a link to one on Amazon, in the region of $225.
