Customer Question

Hello I'm having the issue above with the low beam lights not working but high beams work
JA: Have you checked the bulbs? Have you checked the fuses?
Customer: I haven't checked the fuses when I look in my Acura owner's manual it looks completely different than my under the hood fuse box set up .
JA: What is the model/year of your Acura?
Customer: 2008 Acura MDX
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes I was hoping to. I had the lights replaced about 8 months ago and I can't believe that they only lasted that long so I'm hoping it's something simple
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: In my dashboard it says CHECK DRL SYSTEM
