Was it just the screen that was replaced or the radio/nav assembly?

Hello new expert here.
couple of questions.
the navi unit under the seat is the one you replaced correct ?
was the navi unit new or used ?
now is this the navi unit or the dvd player under the radio ?
ok was confused when you said the navi dvd player.
on on the back of the navi unit their is a grey 2 pin plug thats taped to the harness.
use a paper clip and jump the 2 pins and turn the key on.
tell me if the navi starts up or stays blank
this will tell me if the navi unit is bad or the display.
also the mdx that you removed these from what year was it ?
ok can you find out for sure.
also let me know what you find with the jumper test.
ok thank you .
how about the test ?
ok and this is with the original navi unit or the replacement?
ok please try the original unit please.
cause as of now its a bad display unit.
that's if the 2 pin connector was jumped and you turned the key on
could be the display.
what happens when you jump that connector it forces the display to power up.
no providing you did this then it's telling me the display is bad
this is why im asking if you did this or not
