Hey Justin, I'm having an issue with the bluetooth in my 2014 ILX. Every time I start to go through the pair process, the screen goes back to "Loading..." Also the voice command button on the steering wheel doesn't work and I'm wondering if they are related.

The first thing that needs to be done here is to have the fault codes checked in all computers in your vehicle using a scan tool or computer that can plug in and communicate with all computers.If there are any codes set the codes will need diagnosed to locate and repair the fault here.I have seen issues with the head unit itself or a blue tooth receiver cause the issues here needing repaired or replaced.In this cases this sounds like a possible fault with the radio/head unit itself needing repaired or replaced.In some cases a dealer may have updated programming that can be done to correct this as well.
