When you say electronically. Do you mean it will unlock from the switch on the driver door and by pressing the button on the remote but not when you put your hand in the passenger door handle? has the car had any body work done lately or has the battery been changed ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The car has had no work, no damage, nor had a battery replaced nor disconnected. It has not been jumped nor been used to jump another car in over a year. The lock stopped working properly a month ago. The door can only be unlocked by manually flipping the lock forward. The fob, handle, and the switches (even the one on the passenger door) will not open the lock. The switch on the passenger door will lock and unlock all other doors in the car, but will not unlock the passenger door itself. The passenger handle can be touched to lock and unlock all other doors.

Thank you for the extra info. This is going to be a bad passenger door lock motor. The motor in the latch that pulls the cable for the lock is bad. We see this from time to time on these. Unfortunately the motor is part of the whole latch assembly. So you will need to replace the Whole latch. The part number of the latch is 72110-SJA-A04 it will cost about $215.00 .
