ok sounds like you have done the basics so far.the issue with the hard steering is the power steering pump internals, to resolve this issue with the hard steering you will need to replace the power steering pump.this is a real common issue on the reman pumps these days.
Expert:  MASTER TECH replied 2 years ago.
if you use a reman pump from a parts store these are typically worse in quality and will normally leak within the first month or so. the problem is these pump are built with precision parts and when they rebuild them they use from several pump if a part is bad so it's a toss up if one will be bad or not. but acura's policy is to replace the unit under warranty and it uses these rebuilt pumps.i know that is acura replaces this pump for you it will have a 3 year warranty on it and if you purchase it over the counter it's 12 month 12k.
