Tsx: Here is one for you....within the last month, while driving

Here is one for you....within the last month, while driving my 2006 TSX, with the navigation screen off mind you, the radio will bleep off for a nonsecond, the navigation screen will come on; and at times the instrumental display panel will bleep say "check airbags". After 30 seconds or so, the navigation screen will blank out and within 2 to 5 minutes, it will happen again. I have yet to update my nav system since newly purchased in 2006. Thanks for any help.

Hi Sir or Madam, welcome. I'm Steve. And I will be assisting you today. This is not a navi update problem so updating the navi wont help. We see the negative battery cable fail inside the crimp and cause this on this model. I would try replacing the negative cable first and then we can test from there .
