Hello I will help you with your question,

Once you remove the seven trim screws you can remove the panel and then get to the back of the switch

AM I supposed to take the plastic off the bottom underneath the sterring wheel?
If so There is a coin holder that has a srew above it but I cant get the coin holder out with out breaking it.
You make it sound so simple....
Expert:  George H. replied 5 years ago.

You should be able to bring the top of the trim forward enough that you can lift it around the steering column shroud with the wheel tilter fully down and get to the switch backs so you don't have to remove the shroud.

I don't have any information on the shroud for you so let me know if you cannot get the trim far enough out and I will opt out and open your questions to all the experts so they can chime in if they have better information.

Let me know if you cannot get the trim out

Thanks
