I cannot download a...

I cannot download a clients bank transactions, have tried to deactivate online services, I get a warning "you can't disable bank feeds for this account there are downloaded transactions that need to be added to the register" but I am having problems downloading the transactions, error message QB has detected a difference in account types between the account you have downloaded and an account with the same number........................

Accountant's Assistant: Are you using QuickBooks online? Or software installed on your computer?

Software installed on my computer, desktop.

Over a month ago, the visa account download work but not the bank. My client had a problem with a fraudulant cheque.
