I cannot log on...

I cannot log on to Quicken. When I am told that they will send me a code it does not arrive. I have been having trouble for several days.

How do I get use of my Quicken. It was suggested that I change my password. I attempted that but ended up no password ***** I could use Quicken. After several days I quit working. I cannot access it.

The first time a tried to use Quicken after I got your message they sent me a code and I was able to get to my data. That was a several attempts over two week period where they would not send me a code.
