I have two problems...

I have two problems. A. My purchases at Quicken disappeared when my the split with TurboTax happened.

Accountant's Assistant: A combination of financial issues and software stuff sounds like a recipe for needing our Expert. You are in the right place. Please tell me more, so we can help you best.

I have 'quicken 2016 and there is no record of it at quicken.com. The record disappeared. B. I also am told on quicken that I need a Quicken ID, but it won't let me do anything. I have been using the Quicken program and seemed to have an ID, then this.

Accountant's Assistant: Is there anything else important you think the Financial Software Technician should know?

A. Started when quicken and TurboTax separated. B. Started yesterday. Why am I on "justanswer" and not on Quicken?

This looks like a scam to me! I will pursue this through quicken, not "justanswer." Return my money immediately!
