I can' t get...

I can' t get into my Quicken account. It was working just fine up untill yesterday, but now I can't get in

Accountant's Assistant: A combination of financial issues and software stuff sounds like a recipe for needing our Expert. You are in the right place. Please tell me more, so we can help you best.

When I enter quicken I get a message instructing me to enter my start-up code, but I don't have one. The message says it has sent me a 6 digit code to my home phone number. Hoe can that be?
