I deleted all my...

I deleted all my temporary passwords Now when I try to open my quicken it wants my user id along with my passwork which I know but never even knew I had a user name. If I cant get into my quicken I have lost all my financial info.

Accountant's Assistant: A combination of financial issues and software stuff sounds like a recipe for needing our Expert. You are in the right place. Is there anything else the Financial Software Technician should be aware of?

I don't think so, I just somehow need to know how to get into my old quicken so I can do my financials. Can you give me a temporary ID..I hope I didn't also lock myself out. It wanted my email address but it has changed at least 3 times. I know all of them but was afraid of getting locked out. HELP

I ended up going in through documents and managed to pull it up through the back up in the computer I will keep this in case this happens again however thank you for your help
