I can't get online to quicken, what would happen if I uninstall quickens 16 deluxe and reinstall it? I have a backup discc

Accountant's Assistant: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?

Somewhat but I'm 87 and don't think like I used to

Not on quicken but had windows 10 installed
