Accountant's Assistant: Is there anything else important you think the Financial Software Technician should know?

Thursday I think, I tried to open my Quicken program and it would not respond. (You know, when you click on the icon on the desktop?)_ Usually it opens within a matter of seconds but now there is nothing. Any idea of how to correct this?

I have been reading that upgrades may have been important, however I have never received any messages from Quicken
about performing any upgrades or any thing of that nature. I've really been lost without the program. I also thought about
reloading my Premier 2016 disc thinking that might help ....however I have not done that unless someone of your caliber lets me know that it is alright to perform that function. All other programs on my computer seem to be performing normally.
