Form T2125 I cannot enter my Business income under Part 1.

Customer Question

Form T2125 I cannot enter my Business income under Part 1. Only the Professional income is open to enter data.
JA: What device or product does this involve?
Customer: Turbo Tax Standard
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: My computer is ACER and Windows 10
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I was entering my data today Don't know what to try. Tomorrow is my filing deadline
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have entered the same data for years with no problem as Business Income. The program will not allow me to enter Business Income.The Professional income is not the one I need.

There are 3 types of T2125 in TurboTax. There is the T2125P (for professional), T2125B (for most businesses) and T2125C (for commission).

Make sure you are using the correct T2125 form.
