Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

Your computers do need to be networked in order to access company files

between machines. Was this what was happening previously?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Long story short. They deleted a user from 1 computer and I am afraid all of this information was set up with her user name, not the Admin name. We have 1 computer that runs Quickbooks POS and we transfer information to another computer to do the book work. We have quickbooks on both computers, but when I transfer the information from POS to QB, it only goes to the local computer, not the book keeping computer. It was running fine, before we deleted the user.

I have backed up the bookkeeping computer and updated the POS computer with this backup.

I know something about Quickbooks but not about POS. I'll opt out of this so

another expert with POS experience can assist you. You'll receive an email notification

when one responds.
