Customer Question

I am trying to download my netbenefits 401k into quicken
JA: A combination of financial issues and software stuff sounds like a recipe for needing our Expert. You are in the right place. Please tell me more, so we can help you best.
Customer: The automatic download did not correctly transfer when my funds changed from plain vanguard to adm funds and I thought I would just do a clean transfer, then use the direct connect into quicken.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Financial Software Technician should know?

Welcome to JustAnswer! My name is ***** ***** I am reviewing your question now. I will respond shortly!

When you say did not correctly transfer - what happened specifically with transactions? i.e. Were the adm funds missing?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
no, it just doubled some of the moneys, so I felt it might be easier just to do a straight download from netbenefits to quicken, that is all

OK - one minute please

So sorry for the delay-I found this link from Quicken:

I would suggest trying the web based connection and see if the transactions download correctly. If you want to ask another Expert re: Direct Connect, I can opt out. Which would you prefer?
