Problem with Intuit password. I got new password ***** every time I tdry to enter it it is wrong and I have to wait 15 minutes. This has been going on for two ays and I keep getting the nessage that I have tyo wait 15 minutes before entering it again.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No, I did not, but whjenI entering quicken yesterday it updated.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I need to download my activity from the bank and cannot get past the password *****

Do you have multiple bank accounts and are you using Password *****?

Create a backup of your data file as is. After the lockout period has expired open Quicken. Go to Edit > Preferences > Intuit ID, Mobile & Alerts > Sign in as a different User. Use the credentials you know to be good. It's fine if the ID is the same one, it's the process that's important.

What version of quicken do you use? (i.e. 2015 or 2016)
