The first thing I want you to try is restarting your web browser. If your browser is frozen press Ctrl + Alt + Del and click on task manager. In that box click on your web browser and click end task. It may take a few minutes and you may have to click on end task a couple times, but it will close out.

Once it is closed, please restart your computer and try logging into aol again.

Let me know if that worked or if you are still having problems.

My browser is fine. The problem is after I am on aol and the portfolio program
of aol is blocked.

At least for a month. It began when AOL changed their portfolio
program to enable it to accept direct transfers from your broker

I did not create the problem. Aol did. They should be paying me for time
and inconvenience. I use
