I had to delete my current subscription to ONline 2016 as

I had to delete my current subscription to ONline 2016 as being much too complicated ... and have deleted the program from this computer. Wouldlike to cancel the program so I can just "do my thing" (mostly managing our bills) with my old "Starter Edition / 2015. But... it just won't let me do it!
