what password ***** ***** asking for ?usually after an upgrade it wants the intuit password ***** you use to get onto the quicken website try signing in at this webpage and clicking the lost password ***** if the password ***** workhttps://accounts.intuit.com/signin.html?offering_id=Intuit.platform.estore92.quicken92&redirect_url=https%3A%2F%2Fquicken.intuit.com%2Fcommerce%2Faccount%2Fsecure%2Flogin.jsp%3FpriorityCode%3D1348800000&locale=en I can solve it no matter what password ***** is looking for but its hard to be sure just from your description because quicken uses so many different passwords. I am able to get you my phone number and log in remotely to fix it with you if you are willing to pay a little bit extra
