if you are trying to log into turbo taxyour problem is probably that you are trying to create a new account when you already have one.thats why it wont let you make a new one with the same email address you can use a different email address ORrather than making a new account hit the button for already have an account and sign into that using your email address. you can use the lost password ***** lost id button if you dont know them
