I tried to download information to turbo-tax but no amounts

i tried to download information to turbo-tax but no amounts downloaded. I talked to the broker and was told the information was available. What should I do now?
also I have charitable contributions and medical payments in Quicken. Can they be downloaded to turbo-tax? If so how? Lewis Petry

where are you downloading from ?

turbo tax will import from quicken automatically but only the desktop version of turbo tax. the online version will not.

  1. Open your return in TurboTax.
  2. From the TurboTax File menu, select Import > From Accounting Software.
  3. Select Quicken, click Continue, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
