I have filed with your company since 2012... I received notice from the state of Maryland that my taxes for 2012 were not filed... I went back to that year and refilled yesterday... However I did not receive a confirmation email.... does this mean they have not been filed... I have tried to reach your company by phone to no avail... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
