My TurboTax 2015 is almost completed. BUT it has not

My TurboTax 2015 is almost completed.
BUT it has not permitted me to open it for 5 days. It is via Fidelity.
It just comes up and says can not open. "Try again" which I have done over and over. But does no open.
How and what do I do now??????
