The procedure is as follows:
- Sign in to your account.
- Answer the security questions ( as needed)
- Select MyAccount from the upper right corner
- Click the Account Settings option.
- Click Edit on the E-mail address line.
- Enter your new email address and confirm it.
- Enter your password.
- Click Save, and you’re done.

As a last resort, you can fill out the form below. It may take up to 1 business day to be completed. We are currently processing e-mail change requests during our standard operating hours (8AM-5PM PST, M-F); overnight submissions will be processed the following morning.
