Customer Question

I have Quicken 2015, updated from an old version which I used monthly.
I am trying to enter a check. I list the check number, payee, go over to the check amount and as soon as I put in the amount of the check, the same amount pops up as a negative in the deposit amount column. And now that I look at the entries that were uploaded from my older version, the debit has been off set by the exact credit. I wondered by my husband had so much money in his account!!!

I am not certain that I fully understand the issue. When you enter a check that you wrote, it should pop up as a negative deposit, removing that amount from the balance. What, specifically are you talking about? Are DEPOSITS not showing up properly? It also might be beneficial to do a remote session on this, as seeing it directly would help greatly.
