I have a problem with checksoft I have version 13 and running

I have a problem with checksoft I have version 13 and running quicken 2013 the system worked fine at first now when I try to print a check from quicken I get "You either are using an unsupported check-printing setting, or have entered a zero amount for a check. Please choose a supported check style, use supported check-printing setting, and print checks with non-zero amounts" I have sent for help with e-mail. I received a fix
1. Close all programs
2. Open QuickBooks/Quickens
3. Go to Printing Preference
4. Select CheckDesigner Printer from the printer list
5. Click on Printer options
6. Select the General tab
7. Click on the Advance button
8. Select A4 for the paper size
9. Click on the Apply button
10. Go back to the Intuit program and do a test print to see if the issue will still occur

I tried this but there was no change. I can print blank checks from the program with no problem. I would appreciate any help you can be. I do like the program but if I cannot use it I may have to change. THANK YOU

This can be caused when you have the wrong printer selected.

When you are trying to print from Quicen, the Checkdesigner printer should be selected and not your regular printer.

Can you confirm this is the case please?

Yes checkdesigner is selected as printer the message comes up after checkdesigner starts.

Can I log on and look please on the connected computer?
